Both location and helpful staff
Great food, great location, free parking, modern clean room, good tourist info from staff and in reception area
Poor wifi connection in public areas and none in rooms, rooms quite noisy from other residents and street due to thin doors and old fashioned sash windows, bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival
I got upgraded to a double room with jacuzzi tub so I couldn't complain really! Friendly staff and excellent food in the restaurant.
It was extremely hot and stuffy in the rooms. It felt like the heat was on full blast but the radiators were cold so I'm assuming the room (233) was above the kitchen or near a plant room.
Staff were friendly and helpfull. It was clean and very close to town which suited us as my husband is very bad with arthritis he cant walk long distances.my brother and wife joined us for 2 days they loved it.
Hotel bedroom very warm at night would liked to be able to control temperture in bedroom
Location: Short drive to Connemara, only an hours drive to Knock airport, plenty of good bars and restaraunts. Hotel: Spacious clean rooms, friendly well trained staff, excellent breakfast.
Fantastic location at a great rate
We have stayed there a few times before and love it, for the first time we decided to have an evening meal there. We were severly disappointed - the food was well below the standard that they provide for breakfast. We would not have an evening meal there again
I had a fantastic two night stay at the Hotel, everything was excellent. I have only one complaint. Please read the following: The first morning I went to the dinning room for my breakfast, I was informed that my room did not come with breakfast, even though it was printed on my booking forms, I agreed to pay for my breakfast. The second morning I showed the staff at breakfast, that my breakfast was included in my papers with the Hotel price. Again I was informed (very discreetly) that when booking with - Booked.net I was not entitled to breakfast, I did pay for two breakfastes when leaving, but I was not amused. Even though the previous evening I had spent a night in a Hotel in Wales, again booked through Booked.net and breafast was included there.
It is in an excellent location for night owls
Location is great and price was very good. Also the free drink voucher for their sister pub was a nice touch.
The car park is tiny and very difficult to get around, only parking for a max 12 cars at any one time.
staff friendly breakfast very good hotel warm
bedroom to dark only good light in bathroom wouldnt stay again because of bad lighting
Staff very helpfully and friendly ideal location to use as a base great for going out at night
Breakfast was a little inconsistent as somedays you had 1slice of bacon and 1slice of white and black pudding the next day you could have 2 rashers and 1/2 a slice of black pudding.
The location of the Mill Times Hotel is what makes this hotel a winner. It is located in the centre of Westport so once you have parked the car (parking is a different matter entirely!) you are free to explore the town on foot.
The parking in the basement car park was a nightmare. It is such a tiny, tight space - getting in to the car park is a challenge. Getting out of the car part is nigh impossible. Much better idea to pay €3 per day and park in the public car park across the road.
Good location, good service, excellent food, comfortable.
The wifi in the room was not functional. Downstairs in public area it worked well.
everything from arrival to departure was excellent staff friendly and helpful cant praise the mill times enough
The staff in the bar were not very efficient e.g. They brought me half of my dinner and after 5 mins I had to go up and ask for the second half
